The Hawaiʻi National Guard (HING) manages four locations where you can get CAC Cards:

  • Kalaeloa, Oahu
  • Hilo, Hawaiʻi
  • Lihue, Kauai
  • Kahului, Maui

Oahu

There are six locations listed on the site, one is HING hosted.

The one HING location in Kapolei takes phone appointments at 1-808-844-6425.

Hawaiʻi

Our HING location in Hilo is listed on the site, you can make an appointment online. However, you can also call 808-844-6616 and book an appointment.

Note: When calling, if no one answers, you cannot leave a message. If no one answers, call 808-844-6612, Sherry can take your message. Someone from our DEERS office will call you back.

Maui

Our HING location is not listed, you must call 1-808-789-0637 and make an appointment.

Kauai

The PMRF location is listed, but our HING location is not, you must call 1-808-844-6735 and make an appointment.
