Gov. Green Issues Fourth Emergency Proclamation Relating to Homelessness

The Pūlama Ola kauhale is the Governor’s medical respite community, located in the parking lot of the Hawaiʻi State Department of Health in Honolulu. It provides a place for people experiencing homelessness to rest and recover after they have been discharged from hospitals.
