Students at Manoa Elementary School were a bit surprised at how devastating a natural hazard can be.
They were extremely interested in a presentation on emergency preparedness…given by Kevin Richards, a Natural Hazards Officer at the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency.
The students learned the importance of knowing “What to do”…and “When to do it”.
